Taking the Hard Way Out

I was energetically rifling through the internet to find something interesting to read and I ended up checking out a post by White Elephant in the Room, called Lazy to the Max. It hit  on something close to my heart, avoiding work through procrastination and overloading. Everyone has their moments of Lazy Man’s Load and it rarely ends up without something dropped or squished. Lazy Man’s Dinner is more like Tired/Drunk Man’s Dinner for me. I resist Lazy Man’s Drive as best I can, but sitting in traffic is just so boring!

The two notions I’m most guilty of:

Lazy Man’s Laundry: Your folding-aversion leads to clothes lingering for days in the dryer followed by an all-day ironing marathon. Or for the most extreme lazy man… you cut your losses and refresh your wardrobe at Macy’s

Lazy Man’s Work: Your latest assignment is a head-scratcher so you spend three days angling back and forth for an extension before finally succumbing to the hour it takes to complete the whole task

Thankfully I don’t have homework anymore, per se. I’ve also got two button-down shirts hanging on the door knob of my closet that need ironing. They’ve been there for 3 weeks.
